With over 120 years of experience, QC Lending is one of the best places to obtain a mortgage in the county. We started as a two man shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. We have now spanned to 12 states across the country and have helped coutless people refinance or purchase their dream homes. Even though we have grown, you will always get a live person on the other end of the phone. No call tree, no automated dialers. We work one on one with you from the momend you pick up the phone to call, to the moment your loan is closed. 

So why would you work with QC Lending instead of your bank? Well, the answer is simple! When you work with a "big bank", you get their products and their rates. With QC Lending, we make our 20+ lenders fight over your loan. One lender may offer one rate while the next lender may offer a 0.5% better to earn your business. Since we work with so many more banks, we also have many more programs to choose from than your average "big bank".

Chris Moss was both professional and personable through the conduct of my refi. He took the time to explain all available options, and he was very responsive to questions I had throughout the process. While he did make recommendations, he did not press his recommendation against any choices I made on my own. Would work with him again if the chance arose.

Incredible experience! Chris was awesome at organizing and orchestrating our application and closing for a VA streamlined refinance. Despite the holiday period, the whole process took roughly two weeks and significantly reduced our monthly mortgage payment. No appraisal, no income documentation, no sales-hassle. Easy-Peasy.
